The three-mindset framework is clean and genuinely useful, most homepage advice stops at "clarity" without addressing that clarity means something different depending on where the visitor's head is.

One thing I'd add: startups going international often get this wrong twice, because the audience mindset can shift market to market.

A "solution-aware" segment at home can be "unaware" in a market where the category itself hasn't been established yet.
